*Great Flags Guarantee*™ Your Flagstuff flag is guaranteed to be free of defects and meet the highest standards of quality and durability - or we will promptly and cheerfully replace your flag or refund the entire purchase price.
Flags 12"x18" through 3'x5' - Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Flags 4'x6' through 8'x12' - Guaranteed for six months from date of purchase.
Flags 10'x15' through 15'x25' - Guaranteed for three months from date of purchase.
Flags 20'x30' through 30'x60' - Guaranteed for forty-five days from date of purchase.
* Hand-held flags, and indoor flags used outdoors are not guaranteed.
*Flagpole & Hardware Guarantee* Every Flagstuff flagpole and hardware item is guaranteed to be completely free of defects in materials and workmanship for One Full Year from the date of shipment. Upon reasonable determination of the defect, we will immediately replace it with an identical item.
*Returns* Merchandise may be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of order date via any delivery method you choose. In order to insure that you receive your refund or replacement, you should include your name and any additional information such as the approximate order date or the original order number.

We sell the highest quality flags from the foremost U.S. flag makers and our guarantee is designed to protect you, the customer, in the rare event that a defect in workmanship should cause an early end to the reasonable life of your flag. When a returned flag is received, we will carefully inspect it to determine if a manufacturing defect has caused the flag to prematurely deteriorate. If it is determined that your flag has been the subject of normal wear and tear, you will be contacted to discuss possible replacement alternatives. We value your business and will make every effort to find a reasonable solution.

Please be sure of flag size and configuration (example: grommets vs rope & toggle) before ordering. Incorrect size and/or configuration returns must be in new condition and may incur a restocking charge & shipping chargeback.

Guarantee does not apply to custom or special-order flags, poles and accessories.
No returns or cancellations accepted on custom orders. Special order and flagpole returns will incur a restocking charge. Guarantee claims will only be accepted from original purchaser and guarantee does not apply to replacement flags, poles and accessories.
