Our shipping is absolutely free for every single order within the continental United States plus APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The only exception is for our commercial cone-tapered aluminum flagpoles. Every other item we carry is included in the free shipping program and there are no restrictions on the size of the order.

The shipping method will vary depending on the item or items you purchase and the location we ship from. We use UPS, Priority Mail, First Class Mail and DHL, we ship most items within two business days and we always use the fastest method if there is a choice. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific date. If you want your order to arrive in one or two days guaranteed, options for express service (lower 48 only) can be selected in the shopping cart for an additional charge. Please call for rates on express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All orders to APO and FPO addresses are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, express shipping is not available for APO and FPO shipments.

You may select UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day guaranteed delivery for an additional charge on the address page of the shopping cart. Orders for express shipping must be received by 1:00 PM EST in order to ship the same day (Monday-Friday). If you select an express shipping option and all or part of your order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible. Express shipping options will be delivered by the end of the selected day - please call if you require AM or Saturday delivery.

Please Note: Express shipping for indoor and outdoor flag sets may incur additional charges. If your order is eligible for additional charges, you will be notified as soon as possible.

International shipping options are currently not available through our shopping cart. However, if you are located outside the U.S. and would like to purchase from us, please email with your request and we will make every effort to accomodate you.
