Edward Low was born in London where he started his life of crime at a very young age. As a young adult he moved to Boston, MA where he married his wife, Eliza Marble. Sadly, she died during childbirth. Shortly thereafter he turned to piracy. Low initially used the same flag as Edward Teach, also known as Blackbeard, but began using his own flag which became notorious.
