The legal definition of treason:
A breach of allegiance to one’s government, usually committed through levying war against such government or by giving aid or comfort to the enemy. The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance; or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.
In a memo that has surfaced from the legendary British intelligence organization, MI6, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has been up to more than changing the country’s flags and seizing it’s oil prodution. According to MI6, the Chavez regime “is a new and dangerous threat to stability that is also being exploited by al-Qaeda.”
And according to other documents seized in Pakistan, Al Queda is firmly entrenched in South America and has developed ties in Mexico with groups like the Popular Revolutionary Army that can easily deliver Al-Queda members to the U.S. border.
Just a few weeks ago, Americans were confronted with the images of thousands of illegal Mexicans waving Mexican flags and shouting demands and the reaction was overwhelmingly in favor of fast action to stem the flood of illegals. Yet, with full knowledge of the serious threat to America that is quickly developing south of our border, our government not only refuses to protect us, but has actively engaged in a conspiracy with the Mexican government to keep the border open!
According to a Mexican government website, the U.S. Border Patrol has been routinely supplying information to the Mexican government about the locations of Minuteman contingents. That folks, fits the definition of treason.
In an apparent attempt to cover his own ass, Mario Martinez of U.S. Customs confirmed the report and pinned it on the Border Patrol, “They just basically endangered the lives of American people.” He then went on to offer the ridiculous excuse that the Border Patrol is only trying to demonstrate to Mexican authorities that the “rights” of illegals are being protected.
America is a sovereign nation, at least for now, and we owe the Mexican government nothing. Our constitution does not provide for the “rights” of non-citizens, but it does provide for the protection of Americans. The bureaucrats at the Border Patrol are evidently unaware of the Constitution or their constitutional duty to protect the citizens of this country from alien invasion.
We need to demand that our elected officials stop skirting the issue and take action to fulfil their duties to the American people and they should begin by arresting anyone who has been complicit in passing information to a foreign government about the whereabouts of Americans on American soil.
It’s obvious we are being invaded by mexicans and there’s nothing we can do about it. They are now the majority. bush doesn’t wanna do anything about it because of his love for his wife. Ten more years and large part of USA is under Mexican government. Rust never sleeps and mexicans are the rust.
